Copy of title deed and property plan certified by the Real Estate Registration (issued within the last 6 months).
Copy of the owner’s or authorized signatory’s ID card.
Copy of the commercial license and company registration for companies.
Letter from the Government Housing Department if the property deed is subject to the housing system.
Allocation letter from the State Properties Department (for government projects).
Load-bearing certificate (for licensing when adding floors).
No-objection letter from external authorities (Supreme Council of Health – Civil Aviation – Endowments – Tourism – Private Education – Development Bank, etc.).
Statement of planning and regulatory conditions of the property.
Structural drawings (specific to the Rail project).
